Return Policy 

Returned items will be accepted in their original condition, unworn and with their original tags within 21 days of purchase. Refund will go back to the original form of payment if accompanied with the original receipt. If return is desired after 21 days of purchase and accompanied with receipt, only in store credit or exchange will be applied.

Any items returned without a receipt will ONLY be refunded via merchandise credit for the current selling price of the item(s). Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any item without a receipt.

Final Sale

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.

All swimwear is considered final sale.

All shapewear; FAJAS, are considered final sale. No return or exchanges, no exceptions. 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2424 US Highway 6 & 50, Space 330, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not provide return labels. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Gift cards

Gift Cards are final sale.  Items bought using Promo Codes or promotional items are final sale.
